Shipping Policy

At Purity by JMartich, we strive to ensure that your candles are delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on our shipping process. 

Free Shipping on Domestic Orders Over $95! Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders that total $95 or more. After placing your order, it will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may be extended during sales events or when launching new products. 

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.  It is essential that customers provide accurate and secure shipping addresses. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping details or for packages that are left unattended, stolen, or missing from insecure locations.  If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment. 

International Shipping All international orders are shipped from our South Florida Studio. Please be aware that international shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are not included in our shipping costs. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Preorders Preorders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. The expected shipping date for preorder items will be indicated in the product details section. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be adjusted without notice.  If your order includes one or more preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders: one for preorder items and another for in-stock items.
